I ship via USPS, and like any shipping method, it isn’t perfect. Delayed and lost packages can occur.
If tracking for your package hasn’t updated in over two weeks, I can gladly contact the USPS to start a search for your package. Should the search ultimately conclude with your package being lost, I will issue a full refund. After the refund, if you still wish to have the item, please purchase the item again, and I will ship a new one to you.

Exchanges for Unwanted Items:
Once I have received your unwanted item, I will ship out a new replacement! Unwanted items must arrive undamaged. Buyer pays for return shipping to me, and Buyer pays for the replacement shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges will not be offered for items damaged by the customer.

Refund: Once I have received your unwanted or damaged item, I will issue a Full Refund! Unwanted items must arrive undamaged. If the unwanted item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damaged items must present proof their item was damage when they received it. Buyer pays for return shipping to me. Refunds will not be offered for items damaged by the customer.
