Honestly this was the best customer service ever!! I forgot that I had even ordered this until I got a message from the store owner. There were shipping delays due to the holidays and the owner kept me up to date on each step of the process. To be clear, the owners had shipped it out on time but the delays were from the shipping carrier. They went above and beyond I will 100% be buying from them again.
